These passionate activists, who’s voices appear in our promo video, shared their thoughts with us the Cowboy-Indian Alliance demonstration against the Keystone Pipeline in Washington, DC. Their spirit and some of their words flow through “Journey Home.”
The person who first inspired us is Aggie Pratt- poet and advocate from the Suquamish Tribe. From her we learned of the words of Chief Si’ahi (Seattle) and the idea of a “sacred connection.”
